Your Sexual Past - Does your sexual past bother your fuck buddy?
It shouldn't. Such relationships operate with an understanding that both fuck buddies are in the relationship for needs they can not find elsewhere. Most fuck buddies are actually one of two things - mysterious about their private lives or quite open. Just remember...you are fuck buddies not a couple or life partners. The expectations are obvious and vastly different. You may not want or get the emotional support from a fuck buddy relationship.
If your fuck buddy has a problem about your past then it is time to move on. this. This is something that both parties must accept if he wants to be in a realtionship.
Firstly, don't allow a fuck buddy throw your past in your face or hold it against you. It is none of their business unless it poses a risk to them. Move on.
They must accept you for all that you are and likewise you them. They do not have to like your sexual history, but it means he can't hold it against you. Otherwise what is he doing with you? Before getting into the fuck buddy relationship, you must decide how much you are willing to tell your partner, if anything at all. You may however want to wait before telling your fuck buddy too much and open up slowly depending on how much you trust them.
If they are constantly bringing up your past you MUST tell them outright that they are going to have to accept you or it is over. Let them know they have three choices:
a) You both have a sit down and have an open dialogue THIS ONCE about your past to get it out of the way. DO NOT GET INTO THE INITMATE SEXUAL DETAILS. Ever! If he is already jealous and bothered, his could push him over the edge.
b) You two break up. The end.
c) You two stay together as fuck buddies... respect each others privacy, they can never mention your sexual past again. Never. Not even in a disagreement or to get their way with you.
Learn from your mistakes and move on. The few moments of pleasure that come from sex and hooking up can have a permanent effect on you reputation and self-esteem. If you enjoy your "free loving" ways and sexual past, you're doing the right thing best way you know and want and that's what matters most. You may want to rethink whether you really need to fuck such a puritanical and obsessive person.
